A healthcare executive with leadership across skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and senior living — as Administrator, Executive Director, CEO, Director of Operations, and consultant. A licensed Nursing Home Administrator with multi-state experience, Felix leads delivery on every Mainspring engagement: operational performance, financial improvement, census growth, regulatory compliance, team development, and quality outcomes — hands-on, data-driven, and uncompromising on resident-centered care.
