Mainspring Healthcare Partners is a turnaround and interim-leadership firm for skilled nursing and senior living. Our team has run communities, not only studied them — as licensed administrators and executives who led buildings through state surveys, managed staffing and budgets under real pressure, and rebuilt census from the inside.
Leadership
Managing Director, Operations and Compliance
Felix is a healthcare executive with leadership experience across skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care and senior living — as Administrator, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Operations and consultant. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator with multi-state experience.
His focus is operational performance, financial improvement, census growth, regulatory compliance, team development and quality outcomes. He works hands-on and data-driven, and he is uncompromising on resident-centred care — the operational result and the quality of daily life are treated as the same objective, because in a well-run building they are.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Project Management.
Managing Partner
David leads the firm’s engagements and client relationships — business operations, finance and engagement management. He is the one who keeps every engagement defined in scope, deliverable, dates and cost before the work begins, holds the weekly scorecard, and stays accountable for the result through to the hand-back.
